Most companies that do welding have a QA/QC document framework in place, but does that translate into an active Quality System and mindset on the shop floor? Unless you go there yourself, and ask the right questions, you could be buying from a vendor that has a Quality System on paper only.

Our Lead Consultant is a Certified Quality Engineer through the American Society for Quality, and a Certified Welding Inspector and Welding Supervisor through the American Welding Society. We can provide inspection verification (QC document review) to double-check that weld QC was performed properly DURING fabrication. Catching issues early prevents costly delays on the job site.

Making sure that all the elements of a good QA program (materials, welder qualification, inspection, paint, crating and shipping documentation) have all come together BEFORE your project is loaded on the truck is essential to saving valuable time when your project arrives on site from the vendor.
